Corus is looking for a Technical Lead with Oracle/.Net/C# knowledge and Spanish. ROLE SUMMARY:- Technical Lead with knowledge Oracle/.Net/C#, so that she is able to understand and manage the technical side of the project. She will lead an IT Team and will need to manage the projects where that team is involved.It should be a highly technical candidate, but it is desirable that she knows about Equity/Bonds products as wellNote: You will notice we have two very similar requests. Technical Lead to provide high-level application software development services or technical support. The incumbent provides comprehensive senior-level technical consulting to IT management and senior technical staffs. In addition, s/he evaluates compliance with the organization's technology standards and works with internal business groups on implementation opportunities, challenges, and requirements of various applications.Technical Lead will be responsible for driving new capabilities and strategic change within NY IT team. He/she has demonstrated experience in running large, complex technology initiatives in the banking industry. He/she will work closely with product management, technology, client service, operations, and business partners to deliver programs/projects to enhance global Information Security capabilities Responsibilities:

Defines the application architecture and manages the lifecycle of improvements, upgrades and continuous maintenanceDesigns and implements applications to meet business SLAsEnsures that project work meets all contractual service levels associated with quality estimation and incident resolutionEnsures that projects follow specific project plans and timelines; delivers status reports, issues log and generate appropriate documentationEnsures that the team follows standards for development tools/platforms/methodology/controls to ensure efficiency, quality and consistency in application developmentMonitors and evaluates the performance of staff and business processes to assist in streamlining tasks and initiating new or revised systemsProvides technical documentation updates to the latest enhancement or releaseResearch technologies and best practices to support continuous improvements in systems and applications quality, efficiency, ROI, etc.Directs and reviews the work of the team and provides training to enhance knowledge and skills Requirements:
