Oversee a team of software developers. Provide technical guidance. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for healthcare projects. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and priorities. Manage project resources, including staffing, budget, and timelines. Develop and maintain design documents, user guides, and technical specifications. Work with the quality assurance team to develop and test healthcare software systems and applications. Identify and resolve technical issues and risks. Develop software systems and applications using Java Spring Boot, SQL, and Azure cloud computing.
