Technical Project manager to oversee the integration of acquired company applications and business functionality. Will work closely with technical and product teams to manage project schedules, identify risks, and handle communications out to project stakeholders. Will be a facilitator who gathers information for decision making, participates in developing recommendations, and adjusts program direction accordingly for successful delivery.Must be able to make connections between related projects, to streamline efforts and identify dependencies and integration points.Should be a self-starter who is proactive and can demonstrate the ability to prioritize, resource plan and manage stakeholders.Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify business goals for integrations
  • Works with product owners and technical leads to establish functional and technical requirements, to facilitate solutioning
  • Is responsible for managing the progress and milestones of deliverables
  • Identifies and manages project dependencies and blocker issues
  • Is extremely proactive in tracking follow-up work, especially with dependencies on other teams, keeping the project on track
  • Ensures the appropriate level of documentation is produced and shared
  • Is familiar with team communication software (e.g. Google chat), project planning tools (e.g. MS Project, SmartSheet), and Google product suite (e.g. Gmail, Drive, Sheets)
  • Works efficiently with distributed teams in multiple locations
  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders, to report on progress, and to set and manage expectations
  • Escalates issues, raises risks, and formulates mitigation strategies and action plans
  • Demonstrates leadership, and the ability to manage and/or influence team members and senior management
Required Skills Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, the majority of which should include technical project management
  • Conceptual understanding of technologies – databases, API’s, middleware, etc. – and how they factor into integrations projects
  • Hands on agile and scrum experience
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams
