Description:Seeking a team member who will work closely with the ISG Architecture & Governance Enablement Lead and drive further adoption and engagement with ISG Architecture and Governance practice. The team works in a complex space with many initiatives running in parallel. The successful candidate will be one who can independently drive initiatives forward while partnering with stakeholders, communicate to senior audiences and navigate nuanced scenarios. Responsibilities:Ability to synthesize complex subjects into impactful, executive summariesHelp drive ISG Architecture & Governance engagement strategy with Business and Technology leadersCreate flow charts and architecture diagramsPartner with stakeholders to build roadmap of modernization strategy for silos across the 10,000+ person Institutional Securities Technology divisionCreate thoughtful whitepapers and practical executive briefings in partnership with Architects for consumption by divisional leadsDevelop training material on architecture best practices, principles and new technologies for the division Required Experience: 5+ years’ experience as an advisory consultant Exceptional written and spoken communicationDeep interest in technology trends and emerging techExperience working in tech/finance/fintech spaceThink quickly on their feet and creatively work through challenges to drive objectives to completionEducation Level: Bachelor’s DegreeExperience Level: 15+ yrs.
