Lighthouse Technology Services is adding to our team! We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Pro with experience recruiting for technology roles in either an agency or corporate recruiting setting. This is a full time, permanent position with wonderful benefits. We are located in a beautiful new office in Seneca One Tower! This role is based in Buffalo, NY but we do work on a hybrid arrangement.

The Technology Talent Manager will:

•Manage full life cycle recruitment for client requirements (post, source, prescreen, presenting candidates to clients, scheduling interviews, offer, etc).

•Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

•Consult and build relationships with candidates to best meet their needs and position Lighthouse as an employer or choice - provide feedback on resumes, interviewing skills, etc

•Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up.

•Conduct intake meetings with clients and meet with clients regularly to monitor and implement appropriate service levels to meet and exceed clients' needs.

•Serve as a recruiting business partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment and interviewing strategies that result in client satisfaction. Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring manager community to have influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring.

•Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.

•Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent. Research, learn about and implement new sources as needed in partnership with leadership.

•Keep ATS system updated including job details, job postings, and candidate details.

•Be an active community contributor, networker and relationship builder. Meet with clients and prospective clients to review Lighthouse's offerings, value proposition, process and services.

Qualifications:

•At least 2 years of technology recruiting experience including cultivating and maintaining candidate and hiring manager relationships.

•Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc. Experience with passive sourcing and outreach for technology roles.

•Experience in working with applicant tracking systems, HR systems, and assessment tools.

•Experience conducting phone and video interviews.

•Superior verbal and written communication skills.

•Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

•Excellent interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

•Understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

•Desire to build, or continue to build a strong personal brand, learn, grow and support the Buffalo, NY community!
