Description We are on the hunt for a dedicated Part-time TESS Specialist to be a part of our team. Based in New York, this role will involve a variety of tasks in the paper assembly and delivery sector, with a primary focus on efficiency and precision. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. We are considering a part-time schedule of approximately 3 to 4 hours per day totaling 15 to 20 hours per week. Weekend assistance may also be needed leading up to the deadlines on April 15th.Responsibilities: Oversee the assembly of paper documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness Responsible for the timely delivery of assembled papers Manage a part-time schedule effectively Provide assistance during weekends as necessary to meet crucial deadlines Maintain a level of flexibility to accommodate unexpected tasks or changes in schedule Ensure all tasks are completed in line with the set timelines Maintain an organized work environment to ensure efficiency in paper assembly and delivery Utilize the 'About Time' software for efficient time management Assist in other paper-related tasks as required.Requirements Proficiency in using 'About Time' software is mandatory. Strong skills in handling and managing 'Paper' are essential. Previous experience in a similar role as a TESS Specialist is desirable. Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle any technical issues that may arise. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and effective interaction with clients and team members. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines. High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and business environments. A proactive approach to learning and mastering new software and tools. Strong analytical skills to assess and improve system performance. Familiarity with standard industry practices and detail-oriented standards. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
