Job Title: TIG WelderJob DescriptionSeeking a skilled TIG Welder with a minimum of 2 years of relevant welding experience, though 5 years is preferred. The role involves operating a manual welder to TIG weld components, including aluminum, stainless steel, cast, and cupronickel, according to specifications. The position requires understanding and executing verbal instructions from Manufacturing leadership to determine product specifications, performing tack-weld functions, inspecting and recording quality requirements, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area. Compliance with company policies and participation in cross-training are also essential components of this role.Hard Skills

Experience welding on Aluminum

Ability to weld on Stainless Steel

Proficient in accurate use of micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools

Efficient blueprint reading

Flexibility to work on welding various materials like aluminum, stainless, cast, and cupronickel
