This position will focus on meaningful ways to deepen the knowledge of MCP, while reinforcing the values and directly contributing to ROI of MCP offerings. The content development specialist provides support for the design, development, and maintenance of training. Serves a primary role in the support of content and training systems. Understands the end-user and designs training accordingly with adult learning principles in mind. Performs interface testing to ensure content integrity and flow when applicable. Maintains awareness of overall enterprise architecture (i.e. security, privacy, architecture, and data assurance).QualificationsMinimum Education and/or Experience Required: (Education Requirements and Experience): Requires a bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, education, or related field. Experience developing and deploying training. Experience with adult learning principles. Creative, detail-oriented, efficient, organized, self-starter yet team-oriented, highly productive. Excellent project management skills, including use of industry tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making ability. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills involving multidisciplinary teams.Experience with one or more web-based applications demonstrating technical knowledge of systems, beyond end-user skill level is required. Experience with web publishing and content management system (CMS) and learning management system (LMS) applications. Experience with user-centered design and web usability. The incumbent must be able to work effectively in a consensus-style operation that expects and promotes teamwork. Must be comfortable with ambiguity. Must possess the ability to inspire trust and confidence and communicate effectively with internal and external audiences.
