As a travel technician you will be responsible for traveling to various production sites to repair, maintain, and optimize production machinery. Travel to different production facilities to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery used in manufacturing processes.
Review, analyze, and follow blueprints, diagrams, drawings, procedures, and instructions to guide repairs and maintenance tasks.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on production machinery to prevent malfunctions and ensure long-term operational reliability.
Complete required quality and production forms to document maintenance actions and machinery status.
Calculate figures and amounts, including fractional sizes and decimal equivalents, and perform basic math operations.
Ability to mix weld steel and stainless is a plus.
Must have own basic tools, such as wrenches, sockets, dial calipers, and dial indicators.
