The proprietary global network is one of its kind and offers unique and vast opportunities to help our clients to use their data to better manage and grow their programsJob SummaryAs a Digital Product Manager at Citi Commercial Cards, you will take on a dual role, leading the development and execution of digital products within our financial services portfolio, with a specific focus on our reporting interface for power users. You will drive the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of our reporting interface, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric digital solutions that meet the needs of our financial services customers.Responsibilities

Generate the roadmap for our digital products in the financial services sector, with a primary focus on our reporting interface for power users.

Conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and stay updated on financial industry trends and regulations to identify opportunities for new digital product development and enhancements to the reporting interface.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including financial advisors, compliance officers, and risk management teams, to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize features based on business value, regulatory compliance, and user impact.

Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital products, including the reporting interface, ensuring high-quality user experiences and adherence to project timelines.

Utilize expertise in reporting and data analytics to design and implement data-driven reporting and analytics capabilities for digital products, enabling stakeholders to gain valuable insights into product performance and user behavior.

Create reporting features and dashboards that provide actionable insights, KPI tracking, and visualizations to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions and monitor product performance effectively.

Drive data-driven decision making by leveraging analytics, user feedback, and market insights to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement iterative enhancements to the reporting interface and other digital products.

Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product value propositions, compliance features, and benefits to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers in the financial services sector.

Stay informed about emerging technologies, digital trends, regulatory changes, and reporting advancements within the financial services industry to drive innovation, maintain compliance, and enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

6+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the financial services industry, with a track record of successfully delivering and scaling digital products, including reporting interfaces or data visualization tools.

In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, including an understanding of reporting needs, power user requirements, and industry-specific challenges.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive product decisions and improvements.

Demonstrated experience working closely with design and engineering teams, utilizing agile methodologies, and leading cross-functional product development.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, present product vision and updates to executives, and build relationships with customers and prospects.

Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality results within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with reporting and data visualization best practices, tools, and technologies, as well as an understanding of data security and privacy considerations.

Focus on delivering value in an iterative way focusing on minimum viable products.

Willingness to make commitments and trade-offs with other leaders to remove impediments.

Experience working in a Global business
