Two private rooms available. One is available immediately and one is available in January. Both rooms will be altered to the service that is to be performed. Shear Perfection is an established salon with great ratings. Your room will include what you require for your business whether you are a stylist, lash, eyebrow, facial, or waxing professional. As a self-employed business owner you will have control over your income, work hours, product profit, and interactions with clients.The salon is well maintained, located at one of the two busiest corners in the Onondaga County, which is located on the corner of John Glenn Blvd., and Oswego Road. This ideal location continually brings in new customers. There are two waitingrooms with a third one near the currently available room. You are able to lock your room, and you will have your own security code, 24/7 access 365 days per year, building and room key, security cameras inside and outside the building, product display area, periodic outdoor sign use, break room, additional locked storage cabinet, WiFi, and a separate restroom for renters. The building has a large parking lot and is wheelchair accessable. Every professional at the salon is friendly, helpful, and respectful.
