Will be able to learn the portfolio of solutions offered by this client.Hybrid Set UP - Work from Home and Office/Client SitesFull Time + Benefits + Growth + Good Stable Team and Company Full Job Description:UCaaS and VoIP Systems Design, Planning, Scoping, and Project Management/Engineering for installations from 10 users to 300 users. Support, Consulting and Rollout of UCaaS systems and project management. Ongoing review, guidance, best practices, and documentation of existing systems. Coaching and escalation for IT Engineers and Support staff supporting UCaaS and VoIP systems. Must possess a strong desire for ongoing UCaaS learning, education, evaluation, lab testing and multi-vendor integration. Responsibilities- Provide network planning, design, implementation, and optimization of Telecommunications/Netsapien Infrastructures
- Provide operational support to and for customer's issues, while managing escalated issues/event status in the ticketing system in adherence to the company’s operational level agreement
- Review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for diagnosing and troubleshooting VoIP platform, Telecom Network, IP / WAN Protocol stacks, and Linux server issues
- Experience in integrating with third-party apps using APIs or connectors
- Strong knowledge of the UCaaS (MS Teams) and AV industry
- Intermedia/Elevate platforms as well as Zoom UCaaS solutions a major PLUS
