UPDATE: I am now willing to allow the existing electric cable to be pulled back through - that should make this job 100x easier. Of course, it is rigid cable, so it might not be easy to pull it back through.
I have a 160' underground 1.5" pipe that currently runs a heavy-duty electric line to my outdoor office. I want to also run a cat6 line through the same pipe. I have tried the blow/suck dance with a heavy-duty shop vac - I suspect that the bags are being caught up in the electric line in the pipe. I can feel the air coming through the pipe, but I suspect that a snake might be needed to get the line all of the way through.
The terms are simple: if you get the cat6 line through the pipe, the payment is $125. If not, no payment.
