Urgent Hiring - Line Cook

Nina's Pizza is looking for a Line Cookto join our kitchen staff and make delicious mealsbased on both traditional and modern recipes.

Responsibilities:

-Follow exact recipes, procedures, and techniques

-Our Cooks conduct line checks and prep stations

-Maintain the proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift

-Boil, grill, sauté, prepare and bake items such as pizza, pasta, subs, meats, etc.

Qualifications:

-Must be at least 18 years of age

-Previous cookexperience required

-Team mentality, hospitality, integrity, multitasking, cleanliness

-Communication, listening, understanding, resolution

-Ability to stand for duration of shift

-Must be able to work weekends and holidays

-Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and brick/stone oven

-Understanding of food hygiene

Pay is based upon experience
