Urgent Hiring- Pizza Maker

Nina's Pizza is looking for a Pizza Maker to join our kitchen staff and make delicious pizzas based on both traditional and modern recipes.

Responsibilities:

Preparing pizza dough, slicing and chopping toppings/vegetables/meats, and executing guests' orders. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with various pizza types.

-Our Pizza Maker maintains the highest standards for food quality and sanitation

-They assure timely preparation of all pizzas

-They practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and company equipment

-They maintain the proper temperature of company equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift

-As the baker, you will be responsible for preparing baked goods of different varieties and will likely have opportunities to create or innovate recipes

-You may work directly with customers and in all cases, a commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for providing consistent quality is a must

Qualifications:

-Must be at least 18 years of age

-Previous experience as a pizza maker required

-Team mentality, hospitality, integrity, multitasking, cleanliness

-Communication, listening, understanding, resolution

-Ability to stand for duration of shift

-Must be able to work weekends and holidays

-Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and brick/stone oven

-Understanding of food hygiene
