You will work with the region leads to define and update scope and service areas of commercial operations (CO), establish and improve service delivery model, manage business demand for services, prio itize resources and budget/funding/ investmentsallocation. This role will enable compliant processes for commercial operations in assigned markets.As an Enablement Director, your advanced knowledge of operations principles and comprehensive knowledge with cross functional disciplines will enable you to lead complex projects across the division. Your ability to develop and manage strategic plans will facilitate in achieving objectives, interpreting internal and external business challenges, and recommending best practices for improvements. While managing complex project environments and matrix teams, you will be able to anticipate and troubleshoot roadblocks and influence teams to achieve targets for the division. The Enablement Director Role will report directly to the Rare Disease Field Enablement Director/TL while partnering & supporting their aligned National Business Director.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESThe individual should possess a combination of sales & account management expertise, strategic thinking, analytical expertise, project management experience with excellent communication and presentation abilities to help the Rare Disease US organization achieve aggressive patient impact and revenue targets. The individual will collaborate closely with the Specialty Care Customer Enablement Platform team, HE&M /GTx National Business Director, HSDs, ABMs, RBDs, HSMs/DSMs, brand teams, medical, and compliance colleagues.How You Will Achieve It

Awareness and deep understanding of the business priorities across the Hemophilia team as we accelerate launch readiness/excellence

Lead CFC launch readiness planning across US Rare Disease portfolio

Streamline launch planning processes for US Rare Disease Portfolio, launch readiness, launch execution, and accelerating assets growth

Identify customer facing solutions, tools to support novel CFC deployments - CMR platforms, reporting platforms, etc.

Lead deployment of CFC, including traditional sales teams and novel CFC teams

Lead CFx matrix, project management, bring teams together

Support development with CFx teams and lead implementation of novel CFC platforms to support needs of CFC teams

Manage meeting planning for National POAs and HE&M/Gene Therapy field force meetings

Support cross-commercial group strategy development and lead implementation in close partnership with Rare Disease Portfolio Field Enablement Director/Team Lead and Customer Enablement Lead - I&I and Rare Disease

Use detailed analytical and financial experience to own robust commercial modeling and financial evaluations of opportunities.

Work closely with the relevant Leadership Team members to coordinate, collaborate, and communicate with Strategy, Commercial Operations, Brand Marketing, business specific vendors, and other cross functions to ensure that all opportunities are identified and executed.

Lead our US Rare Disease Endo, HSM, DSM, GTx field enablement operations and support field force effectiveness.

Shape and lead customer facing colleague launch planning for the novel Rare Disease Gene Therapy portfolio.

Develop ideas and lead/co-lead projects across the Rare Disease Endo, HEM, and Gene Therapy portfolio

Develop plans to achieve business strategies, facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables, and lead the implementation of projects.

Identify opportunities for improvement in ways of working and processes and make recommendations.

Anticipate, identify, engage in and support the prioritization of field force key issues and opportunities across the Rare Disease portfolio representing the Hemophilia, Gene Therapy, and Endocrine Team

Capture new local training needs and stimulate utilization of resources.

Manage support requests originating from National Business Director and other stakeholders to support the field commercial function.

Leverage business operations and field force business applications to execute and deliver organization goals according to compliance regulations.

Qualifications

BA/BS Degree required, MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred.

10+ years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience preferred with at least three years spent in a promoted position and/or developmental role with demonstrated leadership across peer and manager groups.

Previous Rare Disease, Hemophilia, sales, account management experience preferred

40-50% travel may be required.

Demonstrated track record of strong cross functional collaboration and effective utilization of available resources and highly collaborative; strong experience in working on teams.

Ability to navigate through the organization and work productively in cross functional environment.

Takes initiative, works pro-actively, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. Self-starter with ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Exhibit executive maturity, ability to manage confidential information, and excels with advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in business analysis/operations preferred, has commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills.

In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
