Our Client,

• Assist with full-cycle recruitment for internship and program roles with a constant lens on diversity, belonging and inclusion
• Cultivate meaningful partnerships, events and activities targeting a diverse audience to build talent pipelines
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the company and externally
• Provide support with facilitating one or more programs aligned to business need
• Frequently contributing and sharing knowledge to improve processes, structure and daily work
• Coordinate logistics for various programs
• Collaborate with other Early Career Pipeline team members on ad-ho

• Experience with all aspects of University/Campus Recruitment (coordination, talent mapping, sourcing, screening, closing, hiring, onboarding, maintaining candidate, hiring manager, and HRBP relationships, etc.) and events.
• Passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
• Highly capable of navigating in a complex international landscape with different stakeholders
• Committed to providing expertise on additional ad-hoc projects related but not limited to talent acquisition, early program development, diversity and stakeholder management
• Possess strong time management, organizational and analytical skills
