User Experience Designer, Kroll Digital Solutions

The FinTech arm of KDS was recently brought together to build cutting edge applications and data products that will revolutionize the way private markets professionals analyze and manage illiquid assets. You will be a critical member of the KDS team, helping to design and create leading-edge solutions for our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented UX Designer to join our team building a financial data platform for capital markets. In this role, you will play a critical role in defining the user experience and visual design of the platform, and work closely with a cross-functional team of product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life.

• Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors
• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the design is feasible and aligned with business goals
• Continuously iterate and improve the design based on user feedback and usage data
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technology advancements in the financial industry

• Bachelor's degree in UX design, interaction design, HCI, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies
• High level of experience and skill with design tools such as Figma
• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to cross-functional teams
