ROLE SUMMARYThe US/Global Admin Cluster Team Lead is an integral member of the CMAO Transformation & Operational Excellence organization and combines organizational leadership, project administrative management excellence and understanding of US/Global Medical Affairs strategic priorities with the goal of seamless execution and pull-through of operational plans. US/Global Admin Cluster Team Leader will lead overall project plans, review & analyze data, and manage and ensure completion of project administrative milestones. Sr. Manager, US/Global Admin Partner Team Leader reports to the US/Global Admin Partner Lead and collaborates closely with CMAO US/Global HQ Medical Leaders, Field Medical Leadership Teams, CMAO US/Global Transformation & Operational Excellence Extended Leadership Team, Digital Client Partners, cross-category colleagues, and cross-functional partners. US/Global Admin Cluster Team Lead will lead a team of Medical Project Admin Partners and help ensure efficiency and consistency across US/Global CMAO and other Business Unit Categories, as appropriate.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESDuties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of Medical Project Admin Partners

Drive the project management, adoption, development, maintenance and monitoring of projects, processes and programs, and the tracking of milestones and metrics of functional platform.

Leads a skilled and responsive group of colleagues dedicated to supporting both field and headquarters-based Medical Affairs operations and projects.

Drive the creation of simple, consistent medical processes, working with key stakeholders across Medical Affairs to support the strategy and execution of Medical Affairs processes and platforms.

Lead culture initiatives on behalf of US/Global leaders, focusing on colleague engagement and inclusion.

Collaborates with colleagues for consistency and alignment across cross-functional groups.

Drive process improvement initiatives related to various medical administrative and platform activities.

Collaborate on the execution of operating plans, financial planning, business reviews as required.

Responsible for ensuring timely contracting and meeting all financial spend targets.

Develop and lead performance measurements (metrics) as appropriate and ensure alignment and consistency.

Ensure team is trained and compliant with relevant SOPs, business processes, etc.

Responsible for building and leading appropriate organizational project/program management capabilities

Lead organizational transformation and has a change agile mindset influencing colleagues and leaders in new ways of working.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of a BS/BA is required. 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: medical affairs, finance, medical or commercial operations; Masters and 5 years+; PharmD/PHD and 2 years+ Experience managing direct reports strongly desired.

Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English required.

Strong knowledge of relevant Pfizer Therapeutic Area(s), subject matter expertise in operations

Demonstrated effectiveness in working in a multidisciplinary, matrix team situation, and demonstrated ability to manage change and influence transformation.

Effective verbal and written communication skills in relating to colleagues and associates both inside and outside the organization.

Demonstrated entrepreneurship mindset, leadership, accountability, agility and focus on action and implementation.

Excellent proficiency in common business computer software, including internal systems (eg. PT&E, Ariba, POD, Engage), Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools and SharePoint operations.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $149,200.00 to $248,600.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
