Full Time on client's payroll Within Global IT (GIT), the New York CIO Office reports to the Chief Information Officer and is in charge of: • Defining and managing the resources allocated to GIT • Coordinating, building and commenting GIT department budget, forecast and actual. • Managing the IT Control Plan for GIT and IT Security. • Supervising the IT risks by following the remediation plan. • Following up on the IT Internal Audit recommendations. • Overseeing the IT outsourced activities. • Coordinating the GIT transformation plan (GET IT program). • Managing the software licenses for the Americas. • Defining and implementing the GIT communication plan.Key Responsibilities • IT Outsourcingo Supervise the delivery management of the main IT vendors.o Optimize the set-up (governance, SLA, capacity management…).o Report the KPIs and the KRIs of the different IT engagements to Head Office.o Reconcile outsourcing invoicing.o Administrate Jira Cloud.• IT Permanent controlo Report GIT Key risk indicators to Risk & Permanent controlo Promote risk awareness within GIT teams.o Update the annual risk mapping (RCSA).o Administrate GIT Permanent control tool (COSMOS).o Manage the yearly Outsourcing control plan roll-out.o Help GIT managers defining and rolling out their control plan.o Advise and follow-up on remediation plans.o Follow-up on the IT Internal Audit recommendations.• Licensingo Centralize user requests and qualifies their eligibility.o Control the software licenses and installations for the Americas' perimeter.o Monitor and report the usage of licenses.o Assist the Software vetting committee.o Help ad-hoc taskforces (vendor audit, license usage, cost optimization program, …)• Reporting & Transversal activitieso Construct the IT Steering Committee package.o Produce IT Human Resources reporting to GIT Head Office. Common values • Ensure the respect of policies and procedures of the Bank, as well as regulatory requirements.• Ensure accuracy and expediency of any activity related to audits.• Ensure adherence to LEAN Management processes implemented in NY, especially brief, debrief and PSS.• Promote GIT's values and visions of "1 Team” across all functions and geographical locations. Qualifications• Bachelor minimum in related field.• Experience in Project Management, vendor management and offshoring.• Good communication.• MS Office, Advanced Excel, Visual Basic, Jira Cloud.• French is a plus• 3-6 years of experience.
