Very Part time experienced steel estimator/ drafter for shop drawings

We are seeking very experienced steel drafter to do takeoffs and some shop drawings for our overload when we get busy. Must be responsible and reliable. Work is sporadic in nature but of coarse clients always in a rush. We are not looking for detailed spread sheet estimate but shortened old fashioned quantity takeoffs mostly of stairs, railinges fences etc. Shop drawings need to be on point without taking forever Please respond in detail of your experience thx much.
