We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Manager - Vice President who thrives in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. We love to collaborate as well as operate independently.In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to build an innovative consent management platform that will span across multiple payment products for customers to better control their payments and data as they link out to third parties along with create the strategies around pay by bank use cases. The ideal candidate is highly organized and self-motivated, who is passionate, innovative, customer focused, process and controls oriented, and can work across functional teams & partners to create the product strategy, influence design and deliver improvements for our customers. They should have a solid understanding of product management principles, design, research, agile execution methodologies as they will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle to aid in successful project completion.Responsibilities:

Partner with the product lead to define the product vision, roadmap, and objectives, ensuring fit with the overall value proposition.

Partner and collaborate with our commercial side of JPMC on Consumer Banking's strategy on evolving use cases for pay by bank

Closely collaborate with research (internal and external vendors), design, data, multiple functional partners and SME products groups to conduct in depth market analysis and customer research to understand customer pain points on how customers manage their payment data when sharing with third parties

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and pain points, as well as competitive landscape and industry best practices

Demonstrate the ability to use qualitative user insights and quantitative data to back up assumptions and develop a business case

Lead end to end product management including defining product strategy, requirements (both customer facing and internal risk mitigating), and working with engineering and design for execution

Identify and communicate cross team dependencies and risks; collaborate with execution teams to ensure end to end delivery

Help support Product Lead in ad-hoc capacities including any ad-hoc requests from leadership

Qualifications:

5 or more years of relevant experience in Product Management, Strategy / Technology consulting or Banking / Fintech space with prior experience launching products from ideation to execution

Bachelor's degree

Financial services, retail banking, payments background is a plus

Well versed in both business and technology

Ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, communicate effectively (both verbal and written) and resolve roadblocks as needed

Strong analytical skills

Positive, team-oriented attitude and inspiring skills a must
