This position requires deep knowledge of Visual Merchandising (store designs, guidelines, tools) and Project management.This role supports marketing front door campaigns and business initiatives by coordinating processes and continually interacting with different functions. The ideal candidate would be extremely detail oriented, have excellent analytical and data management skills, and strong communication skills to liaise with the brand local team (VM, Marketing, Operations, Assortment, etc.) & corporate teams.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate and execute the planning of graphic needs for all Marketing and VM activities (in-store events and front door campaigns for all store groups, flagships)

Develop and maintain brand code sheets which determine the printing and distribution of marketing elements that are being shipped to stores

Update and maintain database information that support the code sheet preparation for all stores

Continuous maintenance of the platforms for the communication to the stores.

Manage in-store brand image updates production and distribution

Coordinate 3rd party installation for campaigns in our flagship locations and custom window elements for select stores

Works with and responds to short term local requests (tests, promotions, etc.)

Support the marketing team in producing briefs to creative team, ensuring all store needs are being requested

Liaise with creative, production and field partners to provide support and keep projects on track

Support budget tracking for print jobs and initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree in related field

2+ years in similar roles, preferably in a retail channel with multi-brands approach

The ideal candidate for this role understands multi-brand visual merchandising and store execution experience

Candidate must be extremely detail oriented, able to think analytically with precision and consistency, and able to understand and manage the complexity of a diverse store group

Proficiency in managing data with Microsoft excel

Strong Project management skills

Ability to work in a changing environment in a new and complex organization

Strong team skills and an aptitude for cross functional interactions

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Solid Adobe CS and Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBusiness Management Degree or Equivalent
