Want representation in place BEFORE we get the letter

I am Director of the Association for Equal Access LLC (A4EA), a member only disability rights group.

We are represented by the Manning Law firm, Foothill Ranch, CA.

We will soon be marketing a book in the New York area titled “Memoir of an ADA Claimant” which contains the experiences of one disabled ADA Plaintiff (who has filed several hundred ADA Title III lawsuits) that includes redacted legal documents and other information relevant to his litigation experience.

We anticipate this book may bring attention from New York State regulatory agencies and we want to have a relationship with an attorney or law firm in place should that occur. We would also like to have our marketing and advertising materials examined to ensure they comply with state law. Please reply why you are a good fit.
