job detailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team. The Warehouse Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and leading a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.salary: $50,000 - $100,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Plan and prioritize workload to meet shipping and receiving deadlines
Train, mentor, and provide guidance to warehouse associates
Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise
Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency
Perform other duties as assigned
The essential functions of this role include:
