Permanent, full time job (direct hire) offering W2 annual salary with full benefits Job location: Hornell, NYWarehouse Supervisor :Directly supervises various employees in the Warehouse ( interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Applies the appropriate methodologies in order to improve the warehouse performance

Plans layout of stockroom, warehouse, and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored

Keeps stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy

Studies records and recommends remedial actions for stock reported as no usable, slow moving or excess

Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels

Schedules work for special and periodic inventories

Operation line replenishment

Inventory counting

Produces regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
