Weekend Fabrication Assistant

Hello, my name is Devin Hamilton. I have cerebral palsy and use a power wheelchair. I require assistance with project related tasks and some personal care such as preparing and eating meals. I am a Mechanical Engineer and own my own business, RapAdapt. RapAdapt makes custom assistive technology for individuals with disabilities. I spend most weekends in the shop working on customer or personal projects. There are a variety of projects I work on that require a vast skill set (welding, soldering, assembly, 3D printing, mill and lathe work, CNC operation, Solidworks). It is not required that you know how to use these tools; I'm always happy to teach but a willingness to learn is required. Occasionally I take a weekend day off and go do something recreational like a festival. I'm always on the go and am looking for the right person to help me with a variety of projects on the weekends.

The hours are flexible but ideally 9 to 5 Saturdays and or Sundays.
