Wildlife Control Technician for Independent Business

8am start time Monday – Friday year round

$40-$50k plus Commission

-Paid Holidays, Accrued PTO and Vacation

-Employer matching retirement contributions up to 3%

-Training pay $17 per hour, no experience needed

-$3k bonus upon passing NYS License Test

-$3k bonus after 6 months for hires currently licensed

-Pay increase to $21 per hour plus commissions on sales and completions once independent

-Bonuses Based on Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales and Completion

-Company provided Truck, Equipment, Uniform, Cell Phone for Independent Route Management

-Yearly $200 stipend for work boots etc

-Company contribution to health and wellness gym membership TBD

-Ongoing paid training and Wildlife Convention attendance

Job Description:

Treat our clients and their property respectfully

Accurately inspect and honestly report findings at interior and exterior areas including crawl spaces, basements, rooflines etc.

Provide pictures and report findings

Clearly communicate expectations, contract language and update client throughout the process

Trap, remove, and handle nuisance wildlife

Repair damaged area(s) at exterior: soffits, fascia, siding, hood vents, etc.

Chimney Cap and Perimeter Fencing installations

Safely working at heights including 32’ ladders and lifts

Working with hand tools, trim coil stock, metal breaks, and sealants

Wildlife only, no insect treatments

Outdoor work environment
