Understanding and interpreting electrical diagrams and schematics to accurately assemble wire harnesses
Measuring, cutting, and stripping insulation from wires to prepare them for connections.
Attaching connectors to wires using crimping tools to ensure secure electrical connections.
Assembling wire harnesses according to specifications, including bundling wires and securing them with ties or clips
Performing electrical testing on wire harnesses to ensure they meet operational standards and specifications.
Inspecting completed assemblies for quality, ensuring all connections are secure and compliant with safety regulations.
Maintaining accurate records of assembly processes, including any deviations from standard procedures.
Identifying and resolving issues in wire harness assemblies, such as faulty connections or incorrect wiring.
