Description – The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) has implemented the following cloud enterprise software platforms; Workday’s Human Capital Management (HCM), Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) Dimensions and Telestaff, Accela Civic Platform, and Salesforce Service Cloud. The County is in the process of modernizing our overall software technology environment and these projects are key initiatives within this modernization effort.

Responsibilities –
  • Collaborates with various stakeholders to identify needs for reporting;
  • Design, build, test and generate reports utilizing information databases; reviews, revises format, and analyzes data to ensure information meets user needs;
  • Create and modify queries, views, stored procedures and reports using SSRS, Workday Reporting, UKG Reporting, Salesforce and/or Tableau;
  • Build and maintain calculated fields, where applicable within the specific application environment, in accordance with best practices and industry standards;
  • Work with security team to build reports that are compliant with the security roles and privileges (specifically within Workday);
  • Collaborates closely with technical support, database administrators, systems analyst, software developers and other business groups;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve report related issues;
  • Aides in data discovery or cleanup activities with users and project team

Required Education/Experience –
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience within one or more of the following four (4) software platforms.
  • Workday - Demonstrated experience working with Workday HCM reporting.
  • UKG - Demonstrated experience working with UKG products to support reporting deployments. A working knowledge of UKG Dimensions and Telestaff is essential to support reporting deployments.
  • Accela - Demonstrated experience working with Accela version 20.2 with SQL Server 2019 with 2019 SQL Server Report Services version 15.0.1102.962 to support reporting for Accela.
  • Salesforce Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) - Experience working directly within Salesforce to develop reports as well as working within Tableau to generate reports based upon data within Salesforce.
