Workday Reporting Analyst

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Workday Reporting Analyst for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Insurance Services clients in A Remote Role .

• Join the Workday reporting team to support several annual projects and day-to-day activities
• Bi-weekly Payroll conversion:
  • Support updating scheduled reports to match the new payroll schedules
• Annual Enrollment
  • Support updating report filters, prompts, and calculated fields to align with the current year cycle
• Workday Release Testing
  • Run report test scripts to identify whether there are any new defects resulting from the upgrade
• Year-End Performance
  • Support updating report filters, prompts, and calculated fields to align with the current year cycle
• Assist with ad-hoc report & data requests submitted to our team via our case management system

• Workday Report Writer skills
• Ability to create and modify custom reports, calculated fields and scheduled reports
• Ability to identify data sources, objects, and fields to pull data from
• Knowledge of critical fields for HCM, Performance, Payroll, and Benefits
• Navigating and searching for reports and/or dashboards
• Excellent Excel skills
• Data integrity, accuracy, and validation skills
• Strong Knowledge of data analysis, reporting and formatting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in large amounts of data
• Requirements gathering skills
• Understanding of workday reporting terminology
• Communicate effectively to convey findings, updates, options, risks, and impacts
