360° Insights Operations LeadManage and execute strategic and tactical operations for the 360° Insights team. Strategic outcomes include 2-3 year forward looking plans for the team; tactical operations will focus on planning and executing 30 day key outcomes (e.g., offsites, client meetings, leadership team meetings, CAO meetings and peer group forums). Work across technology, business, and corporate groups to develop story boards and related collaterals (product roadmaps, calendar of key events etc.). Identify and implement opportunities to elevate our operational execution and drive continuous improvement. Orchestrate and deliver on various strategic projects for the team.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Manage and oversee 30-day operations for the 360° Insights team including client meetings, offsites, leadership team meetings, CAO team meetings, peer group forums.

Coordinate and oversee material preparation, and agendas (e.g., presentations, collaterals, video demos) for high-touch engagements, and track action items from these forums.

Ideate and socialize an integrated calendar of all key events to facilitate more effective planning and execution for RMDCT, its stakeholders and clients.

Partner with peer groups and other key stakeholders across the organization (technology, business, and corporate groups) to elevate our execution capabilities.

Support key tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, and liaising effectively with cross-divisional and cross-functional partners.

Expertise in managing multiple critical projects, excellent project management skills, and proven experience in delivering outcomes aligned to the group's goals.

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally, at all organizational levels.

#LI-MG3Base Pay Range: $119,400/yr. - $199,000/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
