Description We are seeking an Accounting Analyst located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is particularly involved with the implementation of ERP-Dynamics and switching to Workday across various sites. The position demands a detailed understanding of vendor management, ERP solutions, accounting software systems, and the ability to handle multiple vendors. This is for a 6-month contract engagement. Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation of ERP-Dynamics and transition to Workday across various sites. Analyze and interpret data to identify necessary changes in the ERP system. Maintain vendor accounts, ensuring all documents are up to standard and in line with the company's requirements. Act as a single point of contact for each business user, answering all questions regarding vendor documentation. Ensure all vendors have the same communication and require the same documents for a uniform process. Manage the roll-out of the ERP system, scheduled for the next year. Maintain vendor files and manage vendor relations effectively. Utilize accounting software systems effectively and ensure all accounting functions are carried out efficiently. Manage accounts payable and perform auditing tasks when necessary. Monitor and manage the budget processes, ensuring they align with the company's financial goals. Handle system implementation, conversion, and software implementations. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions is essential Familiarity with Accounting Functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Auditing is necessary Knowledge of Budget Processes and Dynamics is needed Experience with Workday ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is beneficial Expertise in Vendor Management, Maintaining Vendor Files, and handling Multiple Vendors is required Understanding of Vendor Agreements, Vendor Account, Vendor Compliance, Vendor Contacts, Vendor Contracts, Vendor Files, Vendor Partners, Vendor Records, Vendor Relations, Vendor Statements, Vendor Suppliers, and Vendors is crucial Experience in System Implementation, System Conversion - Implementation, and Software Implementations is preferred.
