Accounting Internal Risk Intern

PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIPAs an intern within the Internal Control & Risk team you help in ensuring the adequacy, effectiveness, and accuracy of the non-financial reporting process. You will provide support with the collection of data and subsequently, with the coordination of drafting non-financial reports. The Internal Control & Risk team is within the finance department but operates in a cross-functional manner as key stakeholders are spread across the whole company. These can be, but are not limited to: Human Resources, Sustainability and Sourcing. You will assist in preparing our first CSRD report. Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is an EU-legislation, requiring Rituals to disclose specific ESG-related metrics. This effort involves both operational work and long-term strategic thinking.
