JOB DESCRIPTION Piper Companies is currently searching for an Accounting Manager for a full-time employment opportunity. This role is an integral part of the corporation's Controllership team, supporting the finance operations of a fast paced, global business. RESPONSIBILITIES Group Revenue and Income Reporting • Compile and analyze various financial reports from Hearst Operating Groups. • Work with group controllers and accountants to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policy and adherence with Consolidation & Corporate Reporting guidelines. FCCS Software Support • Responsible for providing backup support to the FCCS Software. This would include account and company maintenance, report and form creation and maintenance. QUALIFICATIONS • BS in Accounting or Finance • 5-7 years of work experience • CPA required • Big 4 audit experience a plus • Knowledge of Oracle FCCS (consolidation software), Oracle EPBCS (Planning software) Oracle General Ledger, Smartview, Excel, macros. • Experience with financial reporting requirements • High-integrity individual • Analytical, with ability to meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Hands-on experience in problem resolution • Supervisory experience a plus Compensation $90,000 - $115,000 + Full benefits (401k Match, PTO, Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vison, and much MORE!)
