Description We are inviting applications for the role of an Accounts Payable Specialist in the Printing/Publishing industry, situated in CARY, North Carolina. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity, where the successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of account coding, ERP, and ADP - Financial services, among others. Responsibilities: Handle the processing of all accounts payable transactions to ensure accurate and timely payment. Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records of financial transactions. Ensure correct account coding for all transactions to maintain organization and clarity in financial records. Regularly use Concur and ADP - Financial Services for different accounting functions. Implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) strategies for effective resource management. Conduct regular auditing of financial operations to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations. Manage the Automated Clearing House (ACH) process, ensuring the smooth and efficient transfer of funds. Oversee accrual accounting tasks, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and accurate. Resolve any issues or discrepancies in accounts payable operations in a timely manner. Maintain a thorough understanding of accounting functions and stay updated on the latest best practices.
