Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts, processing applications, and ensuring accurate record keeping. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications to ensure accuracy Maintain and update customer credit records to keep information current Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Utilize accounting software systems to manage and analyze data Ensure accuracy in all accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable Handle billing functions and manage cash activity Utilize CRM and ERP solutions for effective resource planning and customer relationship management Assist in the implementation of accounts receivable systems Leverage ADP - Financial Services for financial reporting and analysis. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Familiarity with CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Understanding of ERP Solutions Knowledge of standard Accounting Functions Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Proficiency in performing Billing Functions Experience in managing Cash Activity Familiarity with Accounts Receivables Systems Ability to work in the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry Proven track record as an Accounts Receivable Analyst.
