job detailsRandstad is seeking a qualified accounts receivable assistant to join a team of dedicated professionals with the possibility of merging to a permanent basis (based on performance and attendance). The ideal candidate will have MS Excel experience and a variety of AR functions. This is a 100% on-site role located in Winston Salem, NC and offers opportunities to acquire additional knowledge within the field of accounting.salary: $21 - $24 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Tracks/monitors incoming ACH/EFT payments.

Processes credit card payments and remote check deposits, ensures timely payments, prepares customer invoices.

Monitors the AR aging report and follow-ups on past-due invoices.

Works collaboratively w/ sales and purchasing teams.

Reconciles customer deposits GL accounts.

Utilizes platforms such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat for various tasks, including data entry and report generation.
