Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. In this role, you will be handling various accounting functions, especially those related to accounts receivable, cash handling, and billing. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the financial services industry.Responsibilities: Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently using various accounting software systems. Maintain accurate customer credit records and perform billing functions as per established protocols. Utilize ADP Financial Services for managing customer accounts and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Operate CRM and Epic Software for managing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Use ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action. Manage cash activity and cash handling processes to ensure accurate financial records. Utilize NetSuite, NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management, and NetSuite CRM for managing accounts receivable tasks. Leverage QuickBooks, QuickBooks Enterprise, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Premier, and QuickBooks Pro for various accounting functions. Work with the NetSuite Development and NetSuite Saved Search for generating reports and deriving insights. Act as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, providing expertise and guidance on the use of QuickBooks in accounts receivable management. Requirements Proficient in using accounting software systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a plus Familiarity with CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Knowledge of Epic Software is beneficial Understanding of accounting functions and accounts receivable (AR) Experience in billing functions and handling cash activity Comfortable with cash handling operations Proficient in using NetSuite and NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management Familiarity with NetSuite CRM and NetSuite Development Experience with NetSuite Saved Search is beneficial Proficient in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Enterprise, Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Premier, QuickBooks Pro, and Quickbooks ProAdvisor is essential Ability to handle accounts receivable duties efficiently Understanding of accounting principles and best practices Excellent communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Proactive approach to work and the ability to meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
