WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • The Active Directory Engineer provides global support, implementation, and design services for Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems across the enterprise, including directory and identity management solutions.
  • Produce globally relevant enterprise-level designs for Active Directory and Windows File Services for initiatives and following those designs through to implementation via collaboration with project and support teams.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible.
  • This role requires an in-depth knowledge of O365, Active Directory (Hybrid), Federation, Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows security, AD Proxy services.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Bachelors Degree or 5+ years of relevant IT work experience
  • Extensive experience working with MS Active Directory
    • Strong knowledge of Group Policy management and administration.
    • Expert knowledge of AD, ADFS, PKI, MS MFA
  • Strong Windows experience: O365
  • Through understanding of monitoring best practices
  • Strong background and understanding for network infrastructure and servicer principles and concepts.
  • Ability to develop, document, and enforce standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of the Windows Systems and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of Virtualization Technologies: VMware.
