Description The Defense Group of Leidos has an opening for an Advanced Operations Course - Maintenance (AOC-M) Senior Instructor/Content Developer at Ft Liberty, NC.This is an excellent opportunity to use your experience helping the G37 TREX Program. This mission supports INSCOM, an Army Direct Reporting Unit (DRU), as it executes mission command of operational intelligence forces; conducts worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support, specialized quick reaction capabilities, and intelligence-related logistics, contracting, and communications in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community.Primary Responsibilities:

Accountable for all aspects of the AOC-Maintenance course functions assigned to Contractor personnel staff

Conducts close coordination with the FORSCOM and INSCOM Maintenance Initiatives Group members for all aspects of the IOC Maintenance course and the synchronization with AOC Maintenance course

Manages the hands-on, day-today accountability of AOC Maintenance instruction and delivery

Assists PM in assessing new hires and ensures Contractor personnel are trained, are capable, and maintain their job currency

Create course content based on AOC Cadre Community input (Maintenance Initiatives Group)

Host weekly meetings with stakeholders for emerging problems

Accountable for creating, editing, managing, and maintaining lesson plans, workshops, practical exercises and testable material (test bank)

Accountable for coordinating and scheduling instructor cadre, including:

Managing Blackboard and other Virtual Points of Presence

Coordinating and managing student enrollment and graduation

Scheduling VTCs or virtual content delivery

Synchronizing input from AOC community

Coordinating network accounts and equipment

Coordinating travel for students and instructor cadre

Assists in the development, execution, updates, and continual evolution of the AOC through emerging technologies and AAR review

Accountable for consolidating, disseminating, and back briefing AAR reviews from AOC Maintainer courses

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline

Experience as an Army MOS 35T (MI Systems Maintainer/Integrator), 353T (MI Systems Integration and Maintenance Technician), or other service equivalent school

Graduate of Army Instructor School or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e., NGA College, NSA ADET, etc.) with 8+ years of relevant experience or 15+ years of relevant experience

Demonstrated proficiency in Army maintenance activities and applications to include GCSS-Army, AESIP, and FMSWeb; architecture strategies and interoperability principles from tactical to strategic level operations; and systems integration and maintenance tasks for MI systems, to include IS&A FoS, Prophet, and Trojan

Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates

Active TS/SCI clearance
