Main Objective:Hiring an Agile Coach to assist with their Agile Transformation efforts. support teams responsible for delivering value to internal/external customers in various lines of businesses. This individual will be engaged with 3 teams (on average). The program is working a “Train the Trainer” model, and eventually will be scaling to Programs/Portfolios. He/She/They will have the opportunity to perform both Team Level Coaching and Enterprise Level Coaching with Senior Management. Previously, have worked within software engineering practices such as test-driven development and improving the application development processes.

Day to Day:

Coach and support the business teams in establishing the project vision and preparing the backlog.
Delivering projects using agile practices such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe etc.
Mentoring the project teams for implementing agile practices.
Continuously measure and report the progress of teams and organizational units in meeting their goals
Conduct workshops on agile related topics

Must Haves:

12-15 years of overall Project Management experience, and at least 4 years of recent Agile Coaching/Implementation/Execution
Experience in LeSS (or be in training for it)
Must have worked in Financial/Banking and Fortune 500 companies
Solid understanding of Lean concepts
Experience in agile related tools like JIRA, Rally, or equivalent tools
Knowledge in DevOps, SOA, Java Framework and automation tools
Proficiency in Confluence, JIRA, ALM, SonarQube, Junit, Selenium, Java, Javascript, Java Scripting, Java Best Practices, Maven, Jenkins, UFT, SQL, Cucumber, Gherkin, TDD
Great interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
SCRUM Coach, SCRUM Master, SaFE, Product Owner Certifications

Plus:

Product Engineering
Experience coaching at a large organization
Programming experience
