Role Description:

As a Labcorp Employer Services (LES) Agile Delivery Manager you will be part of the Agile Program Management team that sits within the Technology and Product area of the division and will be working closely to enable the flow of work throughout the team. By partnering with our Product Management team and working closely with our Application Development, Quality Assurance and Data Engineering team members you will be a crucial part of ensuring the timely delivery and implementation of our technology and product roadmap.

You will serve as a Scrum Master and be responsible for leading our teams through Agile ceremonies such as daily stand ups, refinement and estimating sessions, sprint planning/commit and review sessions. You will actively communicate with our various tech and business stakeholders to facilitate awareness around deliverables, coordinating user acceptance testing sessions and ensure we maintain and follow release and change management processes.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Schedule and coordinate all sprint ceremonies such as: daily standups, backlog refinement, planning poker, sprint planning, sprint commit, sprint review and sprint retrospective

  • Resolve and escalate blockers as needed to maintain forward momentum across all agile teams

  • Provide updates to the product and program management teams on any risks or issues

  • Coordinate resource dependencies across teams and stakeholders

  • Provide status updates on team deliverables

  • Function as an integral part of the LES Agile SDLC process, making observations and leading the team to evaluate and continually improve the approach and internal processes

  • Ensure we can clearly communicate across stakeholder groups to drive awareness of feature functionality and enhancement releases

Your Background and Experience

  • Bachelordegree in Computer Science, Information Systems orrelated field

  • 5+ years of experience acting in a Scrum Master capacity

  • Scrum Master certification is strongly preferred

  • Experience working with large cross-functional teams

  • Thorough understanding of Agile SDLC and direct experience working alongside software development teams

  • General understanding and familiarity with application development practices and data engineering concepts

  • Ability to work with and communicate effectively, written and oral formats, with a large, distributed team, working in a remote capacity

Strongly Preferred

  • Salesforce experience a plus

  • Agile accreditation such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFE Practitioner

  • Experience working with ADO (Azure DevOps) to track and route all work items and facilitate Agile ceremonies
