What you will be doing:

  • Working with a small, tight-knit team, developing new features across our three apps and ensuring they are accessible for all users.

  • Refactoring existing code to use more modern architecture designs, identifying and fixing bugs and converting older Java code to Kotlin.

  • Actively contribute to reviewing teammates’ work via code reviews in a way that improves the team’s shared understanding of the code and improves our technology.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience developing enterprise-level native Android applications in an agile environment.

  • Significant Kotlin experience

  • Proficiency with Android Studio, including large multi-module apps

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs

  • Proficiency with Git / GitHub

Additional experience:

  • Experience with some of the following would be helpful: Dependency Injection, Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Multiplatform, automated testing via Appium
