Janitor/Cleaner

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented janitors/cleaners to join our professional cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings, including commercial properties, residential homes, and spaces requiring move-out or deep cleaning services.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential properties

Execute move-out cleanings, ensuring properties are left in excellent condition

Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum floors.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces

Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards

Follow proper safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals correctly

Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies inventory

Qualifications

Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred, but not required

Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures preferred, but not required

Ability to use various cleaning equipment and products

Strong attention to detail

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day

Reliable transportation to reach various job sites

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or irregular hours as needed
