Appliance Delivery & Installation Specialist – Full-Time (Burlington, NC Area)

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Appliance Delivery and Installation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver and professionally install appliances in customer homes. You’ll ensure each product is installed correctly and help customers understand how to use and care for their new appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely load, transport, and unload appliances to and from customer locations

Install household appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and more

Connect appliances to water, gas, and electrical systems per safety and code regulations

Test appliances after installation to ensure proper operation

Educate customers on how to use and maintain their new appliances

Provide professional and friendly customer service

Keep your work vehicle clean and organized; maintain tools and equipment

Accurately complete all required delivery and installation paperwork

Follow all company safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with appliance delivery/installation or similar work is a plus

Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and gas hookups

Able to lift and move heavy appliances (with proper equipment)

Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot

Great communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Able to work both independently and with a team
