Job Description

Moen has a new opening for a developer with at least 1-3 years of experience or an Information Technology (IT) Internship who is looking for opportunities to grow their skills from ABAP to the SAP Cloud Sales/Service, Marketing and Commerce Cloud areas. Candidates must possess knowledge of ABAP preferably in the SD area, and be able to independently program, investigate and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Use background as an ABAP developer to grow technical expertise in SAP Sales and Service Cloud (C4C) area
  • Make specific determinations about system performance and respond with sense of urgency to review and fix bug reports
  • Develop solutions that are of high quality, scalable, cloud-based, reliable, and reusable.
  • Collects, analyzes, reviews, documents and communicates business needs and requirements
  • Maintains personal growth through work assignments, and advanced training
  • Provides and fosters superior customer satisfaction to a large, geographically dispersed customer base
  • Monitors project assignments and maintains accuracy of project work plans. Consistently completes status report according to project or team guidelines. Keeps project leader and supervisors informed on a regular basis of project status. Pro-actively communicates necessary work plan changes to supervisor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline is required. Minimum of 1-3 years of related IT experience or IT Internship.
  • Knowledge in SAP standard functionality in SAP Sales and Distribution module in areas such as order fulfillment, customer maintenance, pricing.
  • ABAP experience is required, experience with SAP SD configuration is optional but preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAPscript, Smartforms or Adobe Forms is optional but preferred
  • Experience in SAP C4 Sales/Service, Fiori and S/4 is a bonus.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies to align with business priorities, break down work into Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and iterate quickly on product changes
  • Thorough understanding of structured analysis, design, programming techniques, and change management
  • Skills in analyzing business problems, objectives/requirements and translating them into an application solution.
  • Works effectively on project teams as a participant with potential for project leadership
  • Readily picks up and applies new business concepts, new application systems, and new technology, to all job activities and specific project assignments.
  • Communicates effectively, both oral and written, with internal customers, other Information Technology Associates, 3rd party vendors, and IT senior leadership.
  • Worked in a global organization with IT and business teams in different regions of the world.
  • Looking for a self-starter who takes initiative
