Apprentice Sprinkler Technician

Job Title: Apprentice Sprinkler TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a mechanically inclined Apprentice Sprinkler Technician to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience from trade school or similar alternative trades. The position operates on a 1st shift schedule, typically from 7am to 3:30pm.Responsibilities

Work alongside Sprinkler Technicians as their apprentice, assisting them with servicing fire and life safety systems.

Install and service sprinkler systems in new or existing buildings.

Secure pipes and fittings.

Diagnose and repair leaks in sprinkler systems.

Document all service and installation activities.

Interact with customers in a professional manner.

Pay: $18 - $20 an hour//Paid WeeklyEssential Skills

Mechanical aptitude.

Experience with pipe fitting, plumbing, and blueprint reading.

Knowledge of piping and fitting sprinkler systems.

Experience in the installation and servicing of fire sprinkler systems.

High School diploma and Technical School education with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Relevant certifications such as NICET and AFSA.

Experience with pipe threading, hanging, and installing branch lines.
