This has potential to convert as full time employee role after contract periodOwn roadmaps/timelines, processes, and mechanisms required to enable teams to collaborate strongly to deliver projects against goals. This position will work closely with key stakeholders to evolve plans, track metrics for project performance, and drive positive progress for our organization by delivering on projects to improve our product and operations.

Provide leadership, partnership, and coordination to projects that span multiple teams and departments.Engage stakeholders and ensure teams work together in creating objectives and timelines.Own, escalate, and swiftly break down blockers that prevent things from moving forward.Increase collaboration and improve visibility into cross-team dependencies.Drive and ensure regular, ongoing communication and coordination across functions for the projects you own and the project sets that contribute toward our strategic goals.Develop best practices that provide benefits across our different business units and serve as templates of marketing success across the organization.Identify and communicate risk in projects/programs early so that mitigation steps can be taken. Provide context, impact analysis, and present alternatives (be a problem solver).Identify critical path activities for programs and prioritization of initiatives.Facilitate efficient meetings to ensure information exchange and alignment across teams.Anticipate change and own the management, tracking, and coordination of your programs. Drive toward results in the face of obstacles.Demonstrate a strong combination of communication, technical and relationship skills to enable ownership of day-to-day interactions and strategic execution of deliverables.Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones with appropriate Project Management methodologies.

Minimum Basic Requirement:2+ years of program or project management experience working with product, marketing, or engineering teams in a cross-functional, collaborative capacity (preferably at a tech company).Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.Preferred Qualifications:Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, coaching and organization skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Proven experience with Agile or Lean methodologies.
