Job Description - Authentication Secure Perimeter Product Delivery LeadOur TeamThe Authentication team partners with Operations, Technology, Fraud Risk and Business leadership to create a seamless experience for our customers from the start of their Chase relationship through their life as a Chase customer. We focus on establishing authentication methods, which support our customers interaction preferences, while continually evolving the organization's capabilities. Our goal is to provide easy, secure options across Digital, Call Centers and Branches, while looking to simplify the experience across these channels, for a diverse population of customers. The team follows a hypothesis-driven, data-informed approach to identify opportunities and create effective, scalable, well controlled solutions. We are a critical component of the customer service journey and maintain a service-oriented attitude in all that we do.Job Summary/OverviewAs the Secure Perimeter Delivery Lead, you will lead the development of best-in-class Protection services, including the expansion of protection capabilities across the Telephony and Digital channels, which support multiple lines of business and millions of customers per month. You will be responsible for delivering a key Telephony capability, designed to enhance our protection in that space, while leading an assessment of our Digital protection capabilities, which will require coordination across Sourcing, Legal, Technology and Business stakeholders. As part of this effort you will be accountable for defining a target state solution, vetting various providers and executing on a plan to achieve the end state. Additionally, you will need to assess the solution across the entire customer journey, and work with peer teams to ensure the Authentication product provides a holistic solution across Area Products.Responsibilities includePartner with Area Product Owners and product team for ongoing refinement of product backlog and execution of the product roadmap

Define and present strategy for features, write epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and participate in all agile events of the product group as a team member

Work with the customer facing area products to ensure all aspects of your solution support our customers' needs

Manage existing product features and actively lead the research definition and development of new features to advance the product roadmap

Work with other product teams, legal, risk, operations, design and technology teams to define, prioritize, deliver and align solutions to product vision and roadmap

Act as subject matter expert with respect to Perimeter Security deflection processes and supporting applications/capabilities

Support feature teams with MVP, testing, user experience testing, product backlog refinement, research and other duties as assigned

Support Product Owner and Area Product Owners with developing business cases and/or measuring/improving operational results

Identify and partner with business stakeholders to implement changes in operational policies, process flows, procedures, and specialist tools and customer messages

QUALIFICATIONS7+ years of Product delivery experience in Digital

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Agile/Scrum certifications a plus

Experience working with globally distributed scrum teams

In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles, including use of Agile project management tools (i.e., Confluence, JIRA, Git, etc.)

Ability to manage backlog and dependency tasks with Auth Product APG's and external Products

Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

Excellent organizational, time and project management skills

Sharp analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills
